Try dirty flashing the full zip. That should do it.

Flashed full rom that didnt work then flashed gallery zip that didn't work eithr. I have the apk it just wont install it

Flashed full rom that didnt work then flashed gallery zip that didn't work eithr. I have the apk it just wont install it


Thats weird. I would try doing a clean install with the full zip and see if that works. If not, i would recommend deleting the slot and recreating it.

Ok had to delete rom slot and install 1.7 then the two patches. If you just install the 1.7.3 you still have the old messenger. But all is well. Thanks!

Well I tried just about all other ROMs out there at this point searching for the ultimate daily driver and nothing ever even comes close to Icarus. Most of them get uninstalled within hours for one reason or another.

You guys really made something special! Thanks for all your hard work guys. IMO you have made the ultimate DD.


(Also I am loving the OTA updater.)

that was a very interesting situation, but im glad you got it goin! :D

Thank you soo much man! We still cant believe when people say things like this :D I hope you guys know how happy we are that you are enjoying our rom THIS much!! All our hard work is well worth it every time we hear comments like this! :D Thanks for the support!

And the 1-click OTA setup was a present from JP...hit the download button and let it do its job...its a thing of beauty!

ATTENTION

If you used the 1.7.3 FULL ZIP in the past 12 hours that had the February 2 date on it, please REDOWNLOAD and flash the one in the OP. This new zip has the correct sms application and the appropriate OTA Updater. Not using this new zip will cause you to NOT get patches.

Did y'all remove home screen launcher with circle widgets? Just fxz'd and reinstalled 1.7.2 and nether are there :/


EDIT: no worries, I found a zip for the launcher/widget in another forum :)

And regarding my battery issues (previously horrendous) I fxz'd AND replaced my battery and I'm at 74% after 6 and a half hours of medium use! It appears problem solved! :)

Wow, just saw the OTA notification & let it do I it's thang - remarkable! This ROM & the Litespeed krewe are key contributors to Bionic nirvana!

Why has the 1.1.4001 gallery and camera taken out?

I lost my internet connection today using Icarus. Going back to stock it works fine but cannot get on verizon's network using Icarus. Thought it might be because of the update so I updated from 1.72 to 1.73 and still doesn't work. Anyone else having issues?

no, go into settings and make sure cdma and LTE are enabled;)
