Icarus HD is based off of Motorola Blur .247 and had been debloated, deodexed, and optimized to the max. There are tons of features without compromise on performance or space. While the feature list is long, nothing is going to give you the effect of actually using the ROM!

ISSUES:
-Photoshpere does not work correctly, Panorma mode works fine though
-GPS toggle on Homescreen Quick Settings causes a force close

Note - If you got the update or installed the patch for 1.7.4 you may have both superuser and superSU...while this isn't a problem and wont mess things up, you can get rid of superuser. Either remove it with a root explorer app or wipe system, cache and dalvik (not factory reset) and flash the full 1.7.4 zip.

HOW TO INSTALL OTA UPDATES:

1. When you get the notification, tap 'Download'
2. When't its done, select your wipes
3. Then tap Install and wait for the update to install. Your phone will reboot normally after the update is finished.

HOW TO INSTALL:

1. Download ROM and put it on your SD Card
2. Wipe data and cache in recovery of your choice
3. Install the ROM and Reboot

YOU MUST BE ON ICARUSHD 1.7.4 FOR THE UTILITY TO WORK!!!

This includes ALL the Themes and App changes we have made over the life of IcarusHD, plus you can revert to stock apps or Aosp apps. It includes ALL the themes from Jayrod, Bamafan39, Ethan82691, JP1044 and T3T3droid!! Swap them around all you want with this FANTASTIC Utility!!

Major Thanks goes out to prstorero for ALL his help with getting this thing up and running!!! Also, Thanks to MattLGroff for adbd and Chainfire for SuperSU! And, of course, we cant forget to thank our 2 SICK themers, Jayrod and Bamafan39, for all their hard work and dedication!!

4. Plug your phone in with USB debugging enabled

5. Open the folder and run the IcarusHDUtility batch file

This needs to be flashed on stock side. Will not effect your stock slot other then Safestrap.

rom has been great through the testing. One request would be to add a stock signal, battery, and notification toggles flashable zip. thanks guys

EDIT: thanks for adding the zips. can u create one zip for all 3 stock ones (toggles, signal, and Battery)? currently when u flash each one the others get reverted to themed

Are you serious this perfect timing i just lost my Speetlite Aokp When i upgraded to SS3 didnt read that backups would not work err. Perfect replacement Flasjing it now !! woot Thanks maybe I can keep my Bionic going until all the next Gen Nexus phones are out.

Wth This thing is awesome Just loaded it up have no clue about the new blur launcher what a surpise going to be busy for a few days with this one Where's the donate button Feel like i just bought a new phone. Now to figure out how to remove this google searchbar? And can we just ditch the Nova launcher or freeze it ??

JP tete and team y'all did great. Is this the same as 19 or so I need to flash over. Just got 19 setup flashed with ss3 no issues. Will be trying out the tether tonight. This is so far the only ROM that's pulled me off jb. Ya know how hard that was. Thanks fellers.
