I downloaded the blur zip. As for installation, do I just open safestrap and flash without wiping anything or is there a process for installing the blur back on using safestrap?

i use bootstrapper, but i would wipe cache and dalvik first before you flash. just to be sure on safe side... and with clearing davlik the first boot is going to take longer.. so just let it do its thing

That package looks like it's odex whereas this ROM is deodex... is that going to work right? Am I wrong that the blur add on package is odex?

I have tried to load this all day yesterday. Nice look / feel and very snappy. Did clean installs, everytime I install my email accounts, it F/C when I try to click on an email. Gmail is fine, but regular email will not work for me. Any suggestions? Had to go back to stock for now as email is important for me and dont want to use any 3rd party email clients.

You are not wrong. I jumped the gun on this one and wiped cache and davlik and flashed this under safestrap, which led to a bootloop. Luckily I used safestrap and made a backup of this rom under sademode so I was able to get things up and running again. I guess we would need a zip of blur files specifically for a deodex rom.

yes it was odex. as always make a backup. glad u did! didnt think twice as i flashed it and didny bootloop. just took about 3 minutes to boot.. sorry again bout that..

However, I do keep getting com.motorola.service FCs. Any thoughts from any one?

So I tried again with the sa,e results and it must be because of the bloat being removed. So the dumb question is....can I add specific bloat(s) back for this ROM (I would have to figure out which one does the email) and if so, where do I get them. After some reading, I don't believe the BLUR_ADD_On(6.11.748).zip wont work since it is ODEX and this is the DEODEX version?

Am I on the right track?

so I decided to try and I went back and flashed bigs deodex standard battery theme over this rom. using rom toolbox I was able to change battery icons to the 1% ics and it works/looks beautiful!!! still getting force closes from market sometimew while editing this stuff..... other than that it looks sweet now!

Well I appears Bignadad has used his old deodex version and updated it for Abysm 1.1, but it should still be compatible with derazrx since they are both deodexed roms. And the launcher icons I designed for Go Launcher.

Not sure what happened...Flashed the ROM, trying to run Titanium backup, Rom Manager, Rom Toolbox, all say "failed to obtain root access". Trying to reboot into recovery, and can't do that either...I guess, Help!

Hey guys..... real quick......

Been running this ROM now for about 3 days. My windows live account keeps force closing when I try to open my emails. It seems to be syncing ok. But when I try to open my emails, it immediately FCs. Any Ideas? thank you

Hey, just some quick stuff here. 1. Loving this ROM. Had ADW Launcher on my Droid Gen 1 while running Cyanogen Mod. Got the Droid Razr as upgrade 8 days ago. 2. are there any apps which will not work on this ROM? I like using Titanium Backup and saw a post where it fced so any info would be greatly appreciated. 3. Lastly (I swear; this post is getting too long, sorry.) are there any problems running tether apps amd if so which one? Thankss for the replies.
