Also, does the mobile hotspot work or do I have to use foxfi?

Yeah the Mobile Hotspot works, just added FoxFi since some people like it.I like the 215 base and the added tweaks. I'll give this ROM a shot, hopefully it works as well as SimpleX if not better! d:D (although DSP manager is bleghh.)

I restored apps via TiBu's Restore Missing user apps &
I kept getting notices that Apex Pro stopped -
This is a deal breaker. I heavily depend on Apex & the Pro features…
Hoping you can find a solution, but for now, I'm back on my prev rom, ArcticHD.

tia,
I have been running Apex Pro on this rom since I started developing it so I can assure you that there is no problem running Apex.
I see that you restored with TIBU and I feel that may be your issue. This rom has the latest version of Apex already installed on it
so you may have restored an older version. The other issue could be that when you restore your Apex settings and data through
Apex settings this can happen if your settings were saved from a beta version or an older version, I have had this happen to me personally. I never use TIBU to restore anything to a fresh rom as it always seems to cause some kind of problem. Hope this helps and that you give this rom a fair chance it really does work very well.

Also, I keep all my apps up to date via Play Store regularly, so it wouldn't be an old backup set or beta version.
I've flashed several roms & used TiBu to restore my apps & data & never had anything like this.
Based on your input, I will be sure to do a fresh 'save' of Apex Settings & Desktop & save that to TiBu; however, since I have >100 3rd party apps & their settings & data, it is not palatable to go completely w/out restoring fm backup.
As an old
time beta tester, I will isolate - using TiBu's select feature to exclude Apex Pro & only restore
other app that had noeprobs & I'll give it another try… have to charge my phone so there's no low batt when flashing Evolution…
Will advise tonite or tomorrow the latest; but since I use live.com mail I also need the corp email capabality.
My decision to revert to ArcticHD was about my convenience & not about giving your rom a chance…
In the OP I saw you obviously did a lot of work, it seems quite promising; I just don't have as much time to play w/roms as I'd like… & I need my apps & data…
I'll be glad to get back to you after another try & using
the isolating techniques mentioned above.

just finished loading up this baby. So far so good. Now the big test is the battery test. Will see how it goes today
Hopefully that part goes well. I haven't loaded it yet but plan to load it at lunch today. I can't wait! Definitely looks better than *coughsimplexcough* (no disrespect <3)
