I haven't had this phone long but the screen quality is kinda sad for what I would expect, but black looks great so it takes my mind off the crappy screen haha.Great ROM! So far so good. Getting ready to un-invert as much as possible. Not sure why you guys like all of the inverted stuff. Makes everything more difficult to read IMHO. But, that's what is great about having choices I guess.
I guess Google Now didn't make the final cut after all? I'll give the v7 a try.
Also good to know it's better on battery I always wondered that.

No doubt. There's gotta be a flashable zip out there for anyone who can't live without it. My biggest reason for not liking Google now is that even with it "turned off" it's still slow enough that it's faster to open a browser and search from there :/ seems to be a bit faster on jb but that could just be me.Left out Google Now since it's a battery killer

Yep, there is. Just installed M7 from this link: . I had to restart twice for it to work, but it finally showed up when pressing the find button.
They even have an inverted one for you battery watching freaks

Love the smothness of the update but i hate inverted stuff. Any chance we can get a non-inverted theme?
I've done GMail by uninstalling via either TIBU or Rom Toolbox, restart, clear cache, install from market.
However, I can't get Google Calendar to work. The only way I've gotten close is by uninstalling Calendar, Calendar Storage, and Google Calendar Sync. The problem though is I don't know how to get Sync back. This allows me to install the Calendar app, however nothing works because it can't retrieve the data.

+1I've heard good things about this ROM. I like the new look of it, and this is probably just me, but I love the new dial pad. O.o Thanks for the hard work you put into these builds. I think i just found my new home.

Just wanted to check in and say Wow! The latest ROM is even better than the last. I was happy when ICS was released for my Razr but was not happy with its performance after. This ROM has given me a new appreciation for my phone again and I am enjoying it again. Love the Black! Because I am a noob to all of this I am hoping someone can help me with a question. I plan on continuing to test future releases by this forum but must admit I spent hours post update bringing down all my apps and custom settings within them. Is there any easy way to restore applications and maybe settings to them after a fresh ROM is laid down?Great news! I appreciate you working on this so fast. So far I loved the ROM through the 31st. Downloading the refresh now and am looking forward to having my corp mail back. Your hard work is much appreciated!!

Halo, I just want to say that your ROM is great! I've been using it for a couple of weeks now (v1.5) and have loved it. Besides the option of an advanced power menu, I was wondering if you're able to bake throttle removal into the next version of the ROM. Before I switched from the Bionic to the Razr MAXX, I learned that if you go into /data/system/throttle (with root), delete the 2 files in the throttle folder, then change the folder permissions to read-only, you can get rid of the data throttle. Is there any way to do this when creating the ROM zip? I just thought it would make it easier Otherwise, kudos and keep up the good work!

You take off the data throttle on ICS RAZR by decompiling services.jar and deleting all of the throttle files, recompile. But that will cause some FCs in Settings when you get to manage Mobile Data.

I use TIBU. Takes me about an hour to flash, reload apps, and make minor configurations like WiFi, alarms, wallpaper, etc... I keep most of my app settings and game scores.
A lot of people will tell you that using TIBU will cause issues. They are correct if you don't know what you are doing. The key is to only restore non-system apps + data, and not restore things like accounts, WiFi config, alarms, etc... If there is anything risky, I'll make a quick backup of the slot before trying.
Of course, keeping as much on the cloud as possible always helps. e.g., Use GMail for everything. Even if you have POP accounts, have GMail do the popping for you. Sync contacts to GMail. Auto-upload photos and videos to G+ or DropBox. blah blah...
Oh, I also use Nova as my launcher so I can save / backup all of my icon and widget locations. Simply restore from TIBU, choose Nova as your default launcher, click on the widgets to restore, and you're up and running just like you were before.
