Some of us are curious how many people have unlocked since it was found that the KitKat build allows unlock again.

I have, I just wish that we could downgrade and use the Jellybean stuff. That is my only regret. But I have the tether working now and running stock Kitkat, so that is working for me now. I'm going to update the wife's phone to KitKat, root and unlock. It's rooted on Jellybean and updates are frozen, so I have time. I will leave her on stock with bloat frozen. You can downgrade to JB.  Generate scripts for the 9.30.1 FXZ, flash the universal script.

I don't understand the desire for JB at all like Sam but let's keep complaints out of the poll thread šŸ˜‹

And yes I have no authority to say that besides respect for Sam's sleep time which he appears to have none of in the past 2 weeks.. Glory is that now unlocked you can go 'back'..

I should have been more specific. I would like to run custom ROMs on Jellybean and that does not seem possible yet. As far as running stock Jellybean, yes you can, but it is just to vanilla for me.

I have used your scripts and they are bad rear end. Thank you.

Oh gotcha.. Yeah I understand.. I'm loving KK so far.. As I said I have no right to comment it just blows my mind how someone says (including myself) help and Sam finds it and responds with help. Gotta love technology and the community that surrounds it..

Bought a used, unlocked hd maxx, my wife had a locked M. Unlocked her M as soon as I was aware of the exploit.

I really feel sorry for those that don't seize this opportunity before it gets patched, they will get no love as far as support and development goes...

Rooted and unlocked here also. Could not have been any easier! Amazing. Thanks again to Geohot for the exploit, and to Sam for all the extra support you have given us HD/Maxx users!
