Hi, i wonder if anyone can help me. Recently, my phone is not booting up and i just can see the motorola symbol flashing. It wont turn off too unless i discharge it.I tried the recovery mode and the wipe cache but without any success. Do I need to fastboot it? and if so,how? my phone is the european version so not sure if same procedures apply to Us version. If any tech gurus out there can help me would be great! ideally would like to not lose information currently on the phone but main thing once it is saved!

Thanks guys, brilliant! saved my phone and no information or apps lost on it. dont have to send it back to the manufacturer to get it repaired now which is a big relief. i'll give a donation soon.
