So if i am right, doesn't the unlocked bootloader give us a better chance of getting Android 4.2?

And what are the different features of 4.2?

Yes it will make it easier to get key lime pie with an unlocked boot loader. As far as a full change log i haven't seen but I have seen it said that they will be providing alot of focus to battery life in particular. Although i don't recall the name of the project its the same sort of thing they did with project butter in Jelly Bean.

Unofficially, yes. It will make it much easier to get key lime pie. Or 4.2. Now official klp, (kelp for short :P) I don't think a locked or unlocked boot loader will make a difference.
a what? an android? whats that?

I've heard Project Roadrunner is the next update in Android's OS and as you stated E, the focus is on improved battery life. I'm excited for this type of update as the phones will continue to get faster and eat up more resources.

What is only for a nexus? Right now only select versions of the s3, nexus 7, unlocked nexus, and some ROMs are 4.1.2
