Just voted for the 4.2 base but would be be happy with either one at this point. I downloaded and flashed Hashcode's updated 4.2 rom this morning. Did not run it long today. Ended up coming back to this one. Once I play around with 4.2 I will have a better idea of the changes it brings. Didn't see anything big right off the bat so far except for the odd lock screen. I love the customization options that this rom gives me by incorporating AOKP features to customize the carrier text and the notification pull down wallpaper. Data is solid, things run smooth. Don't hate on me but I don't use the stock launcher. I kind of de-wizzed it and use Apex launcher. I prefer the customization options that gives me as well. I have the grid size changed to my liking, I like the additional dock options and it's what I prefer. Apex flies on this rom. Everything is very stable for me with the exception of the bug that kills sound when plugged into vehicle or HD dock. Its a simple enough work around. I got to say that this rom with a 4.2 base would be an uber beast! Keep up the good work!!!
Remember, crowded elevators smell different to midgets.

One comment on the current ROM. Can you add the option for 1200 as a clock speed again?

I've noticed I only had buggy/laggy behavior when running at 1300.

Brilliant ROM! been using this (coming over from DROIDHD) for some time. The only big nuisance i've struggled with, outside of known issues, is i've been unable to view videos inside of websites via Chrome, stock browser, and even Dolphin. I have a current Flash player, added MX Player (possible solution), but still no playback inside webpage. Error (Chrome): The video playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the video used features your browser did not support. Has anyone any ideas on this? Also, I'm switching back to HD only when traveling (bluetooth-in-car is definitely a no-go for me on this ROM, but bluetooth audio-out works). Other than bt and web vids, everything works great. Thanks in advance. Root94, well done all around!

What would be the benefit of one over the other?

Personally i don't really think theres a huge difference in 4.2 vs 4.1.2. And i think right now that 4.1.2 is more stable than 4.2. I also like the more customization allowed from AOKP and CNA rather than cyanogenmod. But cyanogenmod seems to be the only game in town for 4.2 right now. I will probably make the ultimate decision based on stability and bugs and the state that 4.2 is in, but i just wanted to get a general sense from what users wanted.

Just scale down the max frequency using like a cpu app from the market

The current build on CNA screams when put though Quadrant benchmarks. I'm getting a CPU score of 6237 with the interactive CPU governor and about 3 days on a fully charged battery (and I'm leaving WiFi and GPS on all the time). These statistics are way better than any other of the other ROMs I've tried. You are the developer and you haven't let us down yet. Every build is faster and faster. Whatever route you go is fine by me.

I have a reoccurring issue. The stock camera works fine when I use the normal camera for taking pictures. However, if I switch to the video camera or to the front facing camera, "gallery" force closes and I have to clear cache/data on "gallery" to open it again. I don't mind using Pudding Camera for pictures but I do A LOT of video recording. Anyone have an idea?
-I have wiped data/cache on gallery
-I have tried reflashing rom, wiping cache, data, dalvik, etc.
-I have deleted all pictures/videos and folders containing pictures on my internal and external storage

I also cannot use the camera in conjunction with other apps, such as taking a picture from the Facebook or Instagram apps, or Google Goggles.

Any way to switch internal and external storage. I have my sd card with only a 32mb FAT32 partition that is mountable. The rest of the card is formatted NTFS and needs a 3rd party app to mount. This obviously doesn't work out well when the 32mb partition is mounted as internal storage and all the android apps want to use it...

This is probably through IO improvement. I've seen this before on my Nexus 7 if you turn off fsync. Makes your score go through the roof but if you have a power failure or something you could lose some data.

Great rom, in case anyone else uses a bluetooth streamer (for hearing aids) this works for the music but not phone calls. I need this unfortunately or I would be using this since it is just so attractive and fast. Keep up the great work rootuser

That is a downfall to these JB roms right now. Flash and hd video recording for me is tough but I don't use it all the time so this is still me daily driver. This ROM pretty much made me keep this phone. Thanks Root!
