Flashed this yesterday, I expected it to be slower and have bad battery due to the extra Samsung features, but I have been pleasantly surprised on both especially the good battery. By the way, Swype beta uses less battery than android keyboard for who it might interest.

Just wanted to say... good job on this rom. Very stable. Hardly any FCs on apps I use. Battery life is awesome.

Sorry if this was answered, I scrolled through about 20 pages, but has anyone had a problem with the camera not working? I absolutely love this ROM, but I need a reliable camera. camera FX tells me there is another camera app going and to close it, stock camera pops up that the gallery stopped working and closes immediately.

Reboot and try camera fx again. If you open the stock camera at any time you have to reboot for others to work. Stock camera can't be removed or disable because the gallery is linked to it. Hope that helps.

I've tried that, it causes camera FX to freeze on reboot.

I've tried completely wiping the ROM slot and doing a fresh install twice, no dice. The first couple times I tried camera FX it worked, last night, trying to use it today, FC's. FC's ERRWHERE!

Please halp haha, of the dozen plus ROM's I've tried on my razr, this one is the absolute best yet.

Did you happen to update camera fx to the newest version yesterday. If so is that when the issues started?

I couldn't tell you for sure. I tried it last night and it worked, needed to take a picture at work today and it didn't. Auto-update should've been turned off, as I didn't turn it on. I also tried un-installing/re-installing camera FX on a previous flash.

download pudding camera from the market, works much better

Like root said, try pudding camera or camera 360. Also I would try clearing app data for Fxcamera under the managing apps settings for gits and shiggles.

Pudding force closes as well.

I also get a popup every 30-45 minutes saying 'unfortunately, talk has stopped working'

Did it work for a while after you wiped and reinstalled the rom? Any apps added or anything modified since then? Have you tried wiping cache and dalvik and trying again?

If you followed my instructions in the OP on how to install exactly and reflash the rom, it should be fine.

I followed the instrucitons as well as possible, I don't need to wipe anything since it's a new ROM slot on SS 3.05, so there is, literally, nothing, there. Completely fresh install, camera doesn't work. I love this ROM, I just need a camera.
