All these apps are working fine on my end with my 32 gb card. Try downloading "rescan SD" from Google play store.

No dice. Those apps only see the internal sd.

Try a fresh wipe/ reflash.

But rescan SD should work. When my music wouldn't show up on 3.0 that app solved my problem

How do i get this camera to work again? It keeps force closing and i can't do anything about it. What is the app name???Edit: never mind, I got it.What is the video recording quality set to? And can you change it?

Awesomebeats 2.0 is still bugged in this release. None of the effects or the EQ work. I flashed Awesomebeats 3.0 and it works, although i had to flash twice, and wiped my cache.
I also reinstalled google play music.

Works like a charm now.

Do you think you would be able to use 3.0 in your future releases?

I dont think you can edit your video settings in this version of the camera app. Download CameraMX and you can use that for a camcorder. It lets you record in HQ, or change your resolutions.

Thats weird. Try looking in your media folders to make sure you dont have any files with ".nomedia" in the filename.


The only other thing i can think of is your SD card got corrupted while flashing the rom, which happened to me before on my DROID X. As a last resort, back up all your data, and restore your card with a program like DriveRestore professional.

This ROM still gives me difficulty still okay so why do I still have smart rotator? Why do I have awesome beats still when I uninstalled it, flashed 3.0 at least 10 times, and it still shows up as 2.0 and there is no awesome beats in all apps? I am sooooooooooo confused and a little annoyed. Please Help this has never happened on any ROM ever in my life

First you need to download the new version CNiv and the new gapps version. Put them on your ext sd card. Boot into safestrap 3 and go into wipe and do a factory reset twice. then wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache and wipe system. Then go back to the home screen. and press the install button. Install the rom and gapps. once thats finished, go and wipe cache and dalvik cache again. And reboot. You shouldnt have anything left over from other builds then. You can't uninstall beats as it is a system app.... Follow the instructions exactly

Built-in hot spot does work on this version but did work on 3.0..I need this. There is no Hot Spot toggle option either for the drop down toggles. I will go back to 3.0. for now. This ROM is blazing fast though I give you that and looks great. But I need the Hot Spot...and FoxFi didn't work as well.

Follow my post to get beats to work. You may have to reboot and reflash twice .

Make sure you clear the caches and data of awesomebeats and musicfx, then uninstall both with ROM toolboxpro or root app delete before you flash 3.0.

And uninstall/reinstall a fresh Google play music after youre done with everything.

I dont use wifi Hotspot but i saw several people mentioning some settings changes that needed to be made to get it working. Maybe check the past couple pages and see if that works.

I knew I shoulda worded it better. Okay so there is the regular keyboard and the 4.2 keyboard and when I hold down any blank input box for typing to switch input methods, the menu to switch input methods doesn't show up, so how do I switch input methods?

Well, I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with this ROM but I ran into an issue. I'm not even sure this is the proper place. But since it happened after installing this ROM I'm not sure where else to post.

I installed the ROM and really like it, but I needed to go back to my stock ROM for a few things. When I tried booting into my stock ROM the screen was all screwed up. I cannot see a thing and the screen looks like about a half inch line in the middle. Almost like everything is scrunched into that area. I did factory reset and wiped everything to no avail.

Anyone have any clue what might have happened? I am using Safestrap 3.
