Just the normal "kinks" in JB. The dev added the apps that he could, as far as work arounds go. Like,FxCamera and GoSMS Pro for those issues. This is daily drivable for sure.

The last time someone had me use fxcamera to get flash working, it would only light up to focus, then not flash when it took the pic. Was it a problem with the settings maybe? And MMS is an issue, to where you have to download a different messaging program? I'm about to install now, I have just herd different things from different people. I want to know as much as I can so I can get it set up quickly.

The issues are still present, but the workarounds work pretty good. Flash only works when focusing as usual, but in all reality, these phones don`t really take great photos in the dark. I understand wanting to have it though. When Dhacker and Hashcode get the issues worked out in JB it`ll be better, but until then we have these great Roms like this people are giving us.

First time posting on here. I downloaded v1.0 and it worked great! Did a full data wipe, wiped cache/dalvik and then wiped /system, installed v2.0 and gapps. When I reboot the setup menu force closes and gives me a blank screen, I have no launcher. Did I miss something? This is the first time I've ever had any issues flashing a rom. Am I supposed to flash this over 1.0 orrrr??? Just confused as to why I have no launcher...

Edit: Just as a precaution I redownloaded and reflashed, still having issues, when I hold down power button I don't get the power menu, I have to three finger salute and restart.

No, what you did was fine. Something may have went wrong. I would wipe it and re flash. Could also be a bad DL

The look and feel of the software is a GS3, even says GS3 GTi-9300 when it boots, but for some reason the asthetics look like a Razr Maxx. Someone swapped the frame on my S3 and replaced it with a Maxx frame .

Okay thanks, I'll give it a go. I unzipped my download and inside I did notice that the launcher apk file was in there, maybe just a bad flash.

just flashed this. going good so far. solid data. transferring all my files from internal to external. taking like a half hour haha. build 1 was awesome but this seems way more awesomer (is that a word ha, i just made it up) thanks for the good work man!

Still no luck, I'm going to uninstall safestrap, delete both .tar files, reinstall safestrap, switch back over to safe-side and try again. If that still fails, I'm just going to fastboot back to stock, re-root and start over. I'm determined to get this to work!

I had to do that yesterday from a bad flash. I flashed a Boot logo that wasn`t made to flash, lol only pushed through ADB It`s worth it though. Just be aware that when it boots, after the dual core logo, it takes a little while before you see the animation. You`ll see a black screen for a few seconds, then it`ll kick in.

Just flashed and having the same issue... I can go to settings and all but there is no launcher anywhere. It looks really really nice though, a real step up from v1.0

Gonna try re-wiping and flashing again...

Looks like I'm going to have to fastboot to stock and re root.
