Also, don't compare battery in the first three days of use - let the phone get adjusted and also start clearing old caches and such with the new OS. In the first couple of days battery life is horrid, but then it stabilizes out very nicely. Standard disclaimers apply, YMMV, etc.

I'm in the process of moving less-frequently used apps from my phone to my new Infinity, so that will help - a lot. Also, the same with a lot of my SoMed stuff, which will also help my battery usage...

Seems like things are running very fast and smooth.
I agree with doing a reset and reinstall. There is a ton of stuff that is not needed anymore since the ICS update.

Whew! I think I had the drives mixed up. I did what you said and found it! Thank you!
and in case you didn't see it, there is a setting in TB to allow it to remember your preferences (including the backup location). This has worked thru numerous data wipes and ROM flashes for me. Not quite sure where it store this, but I'm sure someone out there does. And it does freak a person out the first time the reinstall TB and there are no backups to be found!

o) General cleanup of the script and menus
o) Split the transfer option so that you can now push the update, and then check the md5. This allows a person to copy it manually if needed, and then to go back and check the md5 by selecting N to the transfer update prompt.
It's just a maintenance release. Trying to clean some stuff up. Some people had problems with the transfer option hanging at "daemon started". I've tracked that issue down. Basically? Your phone isn't being detected by adb so it's just sitting there hanging at the waiting for device command. I've made this more explicit for messaging. In any case, this isn't a huge release but should make it a clearer for people.

I use activesync for work email, calendar and contacts. I did not do a system reset.
It did find the activesync email and set that up again for me. I check the boxes for calendar and contacts for the activesync account. But they don't see to be coming over or syncing.
Is this an issue with 232 or do I need to do a system reset?
