It failed on webtop. See that's the kind of useful info I need to help. Now the question is why. Webtop is big. I suspect you're having usb issues here. Maybe we can get by without it. Run the Repair AP Fastboot ERROR option again. When it's done, turn the phone off, then boot into recovery and apply the update.

Alright well I am in the system recovery to apply the update but the update is not on the sdcard. Should I try the regular install of .246 instead of the reinstall? Is there anyway I can safely fxz back to .905 to try and get an ota update?

 Of course not. The update needs to be put on your sdcard or you're not going to get a working phone. I have no idea what process you followed but it certainly wasn't the process I outline.

I just followed the direction from HoB. Sorry for sounding like a dumbazz. What should be my next step to fix this?

You're going to have to get the update on your sdcard somehow. Either put it in a working phone and copy it that way or an sdcard reader. Without doing that, nothing you do will make the phone work. The update has to be applied in recovery.

Alright I can get that to work, would you recommend going to .905 or straight to .246?

No $#!7. I really hate that the OTA is out right now for what is painfully obvious reasons...

Wow I really do like the mobile version of this site, but I'm near panic not being at that ancient PC fixing my phone, why do damn hard drives fail!

YOU CAN NOT GO TO 905. You've already gone past the point of no return with what you've flashed. All you will do is keep bricking your phone if you try.

OK, now that we know this is the OTA I'm gonna redo my OC in my weird individualistic way that gives me slots at 333, 666, 966, and 1233, de-odex/manual debloat, and make a new nandroid

As I said, you might be able to get by without having to flash it. Just get the update on your sdcard, boot into recovery, and apply the update.
