I have tried the fix but I don't think it is pushing the fix to the phone.
When I use the repair it sends the two files in less then a second
I then check to see if it flashed and I get the same error message
I then try to install 247 and it will just sit at daemon started seccessfully
I am using the HoB 8.1

I need to head out for the day. I don't know what you did to your phone to get it into this state (although I can guess) but, given the lack of information and the fact that I don't have a lot of time for back and forth here, I'm going to recommend you add a NORSD file to your SamuriHL_HouseOfBionic folder (read the FAQ) and use the REINSTALL option on whatever version you had before. PRAY you still have the update on your sdcard-ext else you will be spending time getting it there BEFORE doing the reinstall option. As I said, I'm gone for the day and may check in from time to time but certainly not for a whole lot of back and forth on this.
Thanks I am heading out also I will read up some more

Repair doesn't send files. It FLASHES ONE file and the on screen output will tell you whether it was successful or not.

This worked, the NORSD worked, the flash fix then worked and so did the reinstall. My Bionic is alive again.
Thank you so much Sam

ROFLMAO! We're all in the same boat. None of us have a "useful" bionic except Sarge. We all have 4430 locked bootloader bionics.
I have an golden gpu and a little extra ram.

Don't know. The one person who was supposed to try it never got back to me on how it went. So no clue.
