How do I get overclock to persist through a reboot? I've got init.d installed, all of the kernel modules installed and enabled, and can get tweakerz to up my cpu speed to about 1.225 GHz no and be stable. The problem is that I've not programmed in a million years and don't have the time to write a script. Can one of you dev masters please point me in the right direction?
Thanks!

I know this isn't the right forum, so please don't flame me!

Go read the thread about the tweakerz app. When that's done I'll confirm what your init.d should look like

Also, if you see the scripts that are mentioned on the tweakerz thread, you can plug the frequency script into scripter in ROM Toolbox (or whatever script program you use) and set it to run at boot. That's how I got mine running on reboot. Takes less than 5 minutes.

Fair enough. However, once 247 becomes OTA, the FXZ to 905 option will go away. That's by their design.
I'm running 232 and planned on leaving it until the OTA, then FXZ to 905 and get the OTA. Are you saying that won't be possible? If that's the case, should I go back to 905 now and get 247?

Not what he is saying. Once beyond 232 you can't go back. Aka once on 247 OTA when it is out.I'm running 232 and planned on leaving it until the OTA, then FXZ to 905 and get the OTA. Are you saying that won't be possible? If that's the case, should I go back to 905 now and get 247?

Ahh, thanks for the clarification. Misunderstood Sam's reply.

Thanks guys. Figured out the scripting and it works! Resume HoB discussions, with or without bacon.

I did, hence my confusion. Probably residual from my mild freakout when I checked the thread that shall not be named and saw all the wonderful tools gone.
I'm sure I'll read them again before the next go-round

Yea, there's no excuse anymore. I include them with the HoB now. LOL I do need to fix a couple issues though. 8.1 is probably coming in the next couple days as I want to clean some stuff up after my last big rewrite. Need to make some stuff a little more consistent internally.

This is how mine is so I don't load modules I don't need.
