Sure send it my way. Also, I will be doing a new Linux update soon. The RAZR Linux guys fixed flashing vendor.img (webtop) on 32 bit linux. Will need someone to test it once I get it done.

So linux users....it's being said that the HoB will work in WINE with RSD 5.7. So that's another option for you guys and gals.

Just wanted to thank you for HOB. I was able to get my wifes Bionic to .246 after the ota kept failing. Thanks for such an easy way to make it happen. I appreciate your work, and after reading through the thread to make sure i understood what to do, your humor! ;)

Hey, y'all: QUIT POSTING! I missed one day, and it has taken three days reading to catch up!

Also, SamHL, I still have not thanked you enough for HoB. I have upgraded both my wife's and my Bionics to .247 and then to .246 with NO problems! If I swung that way, I would kiss you :)

Has anyone had any issues with docks? After using HoB, which was a breeze (thanks again Sam), to get to 246, my home dock (standard without HD) and my car dock don't respond to my bionic when I pop them in. I'm hoping I don't have to resort to a FDR to fix this, but I haven't found any solutions.

having the same issue, since .232, i've used HoB (awesome) to get onto .246, the problem persists.

Factory reset to fix those kinds of problems. I can assure you there's no issues with the docks. I've been using ics since July and haven't had one problem.

I had to scale back my oc to 1.3 to use the dock while charging it, but that's what I consider a self induced problem.

I also got time to digg into HoB and practice making my own update folders and the FXZ folder, and I'm still impressed at how simple and elegant you made it, you've foreseen and accounted for almost any scenario. Very well done.

Religiously followed all steps on my bionic. Flashed in fastboot mode. Went through all the steps and at the end Radio was installed. The reboot gets stuck at DROID logo. Tried several times. No luck. Any suggestions?

Boot looping is generally caused by corrupt system data. So, sadly either a factory reset or the FXZ full options are in your future.

Thanks SamuriHL. Unfortunately neither of the options helped. Not able to get past the logo. I have a feeling it has something to do with the camera. The camera wasn't functioning before.

jrvkumar I've had the same problem. My camera was also not functioning previously because of water damage but the rest of the phone worked fine. I had ICS stock fine from the update until one day my roomate knocked my phone off the couch and the battery came out. Then it started boot looping and getting stuck on the droid logo like you mentioned.

If a full FXZ doesn't work then it's time to take it to VZW to have them look at it as you basically just reset it to "out of the box" status. That definitely doesn't seem right.

azientar: Looks like this is dead piece now. I will let you know if I can get it to work again. You may also post if you find any workarounds...

Looks like the camera is the culprit for some corrupt install issues.

Oh joy. But why doesn't a FULL FXZ fix it? :(

Perhaps I am doing something wrong. I start off with Houseofbionic.bat. Choose option 1) FXZ 246 options --> 2) FXZ 246 - Factory Rest.
Is this same as FULL FXZ fix? Or am I missing something?
Thanks again!
