I have tried many times to get my phone to finish the set up.  After a hard reset the phone acts like it is going to work asking me English or other language.  After I choose that is says wait.. and after about 2 minuites it re-boots and gowa right back to choose language.  I guess I need to flash the ROM with a factory one but I can't seem to find the right tools or files.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i want to update my droid razr xt912 which is currently running on 4.1.2 to 4.3 !! and i'm residing in india so it would be gr8 if anyone suggests me an update which would work in india.I had to unlock the phone to use in india .. and now i;m facing some issues with it.. tats y i need to update to a 4.3..pls help me
