Hey Guys,I know a lot of you have been wanting a true Bootstrap edition of this rom...

Thanks T3T3droid for telling me somewhat of what you changed to make it work lol, Also nice thread instructions

Presenting...Liquid Smooth Blur v1.2 BOOTSTRAP Edition

Uninstalling Safestrap *PLEASE READ/DO THIS*:
1. Boot to Unsafe Side
2. In Safestrap app, "Uninstall Recovery"
3. Uninstall Safestrap app
MOD PROVIDED BELOW FOR STEP 3-4
Can use Root File Explorer to do this if you don't want to do mod.

4. Wipe contents of preinstall, but leave the folder
5. Wipe contents of Vending/App also. (Verizon Bloatware hidden apps)

6. Install Bootstrap (I prefer

7. Click "Bootstrap Touch Recovery"
8. Allow SU permissions
Done...

Once Bootstrap is installed please make a backup right away! (for your own safety )

*BOOTSTRAP IS EXTREMELY TOUCHY AND CAN SOFTBRICK YOUR DEVICE, PAY ATTENTION AND BE CAREFUL*
-Happened to me once while developing lol... Accidentally hit reboot phone instead of choose zip to install

Installing Rom:
1. Download Liquid Rom
2. Download Data Pack
3. Place both on sdcard-ext
4. Boot into recovery via Bootstrapper
5. Go to "mounts and storage"
6. "Format /system" then "Yes"
7. "Format /data" then "Yes"
8. Press "Go Back"
9. "Wipe cache partition" then "Yes"
10. Go to "advanced"
11. "Wipe Dalvik Cache" then "Yes"
12. Press "Go Back"
13. Go to "install zip from sdcard"
14. "choose zip from sdcard"

15. RUN PREINSTALL FOLDER WIPER MOD
(If you did the manual Root Explorer Method Ignore 15)

16. "choose zip from sdcard"

17. Scroll to Liquid Rom and select...wait until its done flashing.
18. "choose zip from sdcard"
19. Scroll to Liquid Data Pack and select...wait until its done flashing.
20. Press "Go Back"
21. Select "reboot system now"
22. After a while screen will say "Preparing Device"Done...

Changelog to 1.2:
-Updated All Apps
-Included Bootstrap Touch Utility
(Basically Cleaned up and Updated)


The Difference?:
-Google Now Fully works
-AdAway has no problem making symlinks
-Full use of your system memory and space
-One of few Rom's stable enough to be on bootstrap

Bugs?:
-None that i know of
-Stock MotoCamera video camera is not working for some reason (AOSP works fine)
-Default Phone Ringtone is Silent, Change it! Or you may miss some calls.. Lol

What is Preinstall Wiper Mod?:

-Gets rid of Verizon Default Apps, Like City ID, My Verizon that cant be uninstalled, Etc..

The rom is becoming to big for ss. If you want a dedicated rom that works flawlessly. This is it for now until ss updates n improves preinstall size

For those that are new and have the verizon apps appear after bootup like City ID, Please try a reflash but flash the new Preinstall wiper mod first, Then flash rom. Should get rid of them. Please report back to me people

Any idea if there is a modded Touch Bootstrap that automatically reeboots to recovery in case of a boot loop or battery pull? Or which can be accessed from BP tools? Thanks:-)

I've had the first boot take up to 5 minutes. Subsequent boots are way faster. I'd give it at least 10 minutes before pulling the battery or anything like that.

I like to put on an episode of Robot Chicken to keep me distracted the first time I boot a new ROM.

This is a really good rom, one of the best I've used for the ics leaks. When i reinstalled and flashed the wiper mod the verizon bloat was still there though.
