This is a theme in progress called "lightening."
Clock widget is "one more clock widget"
Boot animation from Razr M: (P.S I can't remember where I got the original files from, whether it was Matt's one on this site or not. I happened to find it in my download folder by chance and thought it would suit)
I'm not sure if I will continue on this or not, I just noticed a few yellow/gold color themes out there already
But if anyone wants the wallpaper or bootanimation, let me know and I can attach it to this post, or PM it.
