Great Work Nitro!!! definitely my new daily driver, Thank you!!! Battery life, toggles, snappier... I love it!!

Maybe a stupid question, since they're considered bloat...does anyone know how to get the blur-based clock installed (I totally dig the soft alarm that increases with time) and smart actions? I downloaded moto smart actions from market ("Play"-->totally can't stand calling it "play") but it won't allow me to add important locations, i suspect it relies on another blur apk???

Any help would be appreciated, thanks

SmartActions relies on a lot of Blur framework that is no longer present. There are however quite a few alternative like Llama, AutomateIt, and Tasker. I personally use Llama and find it works quite well. Also, it can base location on either cell towers or GPS, so for someone like me that drives 15+ miles to get to/from work, it is as, if not more, effective at detecting location quickly than Smart Actions was. For reference, this has been discussed many... many times. I've personally answered it probably 5-6 times in this thread alone.

There are also dozens of alarm alternatives, although I can't imagine the clock would need much more than de-odexing the stock clock and slapping it back in. You might be able to borrow the APK from another .173 based, deodexed ROM. In that regard, you would need to get a response from more of an expert than myself.

I like Alarm Xtreme Free, possible to have ascending volume, shake to snooze, limits on snoozes, even basic math to dismiss - to ensure that you are up & functioning, at least a little bit… seeker

I second Alarm Extreme Free. I love it. Best alarm on the market.

However, once I came home after boozing all night and for some reason set my alarm math problems to "Very Hard" and set that I needed to answer 20 correctly to dismiss the alarm....I woke up in a haze and almost threw my phone at the wall.....but I guess it did wake me up..

Just backed off ICS Axian...was having the dreaded 'data' issues. Really enjoying Eclipse - amazing how responsive the phone is without all the crap. There is little that I miss and a lot that I love (particularly a fast and functional device!).

Use of Bluetooth works with Gummy, but same here; once I use Bluetooth, I can't maintain a 3G or 4G connection until reboot. I will be backing off to Eclipse as well.

That is odd... I have used the last two version of Eclipse and I use blue tooth on my ear buds as well as both of my cars. I have never had any problems with sync. I hit the button and it syncs up with everything pretty quickly.

Have you tried to do a full wipe of the phone and re-install the rom?

So far my favorite has been Gentle Alarm. I really miss the Moto bedside dock mode with this rom, but that is pretty much the only thing. Phone is too fast and smooth now!

I'm having issues where once in a while I get a call who's Caller Id is 0 and when I pickup no one is there.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Just a random bit, but is there a normal stopwatch/timer/alarm app that comes with android? The only way to get to alarms on Eclipse seems to be through clock, which is more of a docked mode with features, but I couldn't find stopwatch/timer

I have been using this ROM for 3 days now and I absolutely love it! The battery life is exceptional, everything is snappy, animations present a nice feeling, overall NO complaints. I've had zero force closes, no glitches, and haven't encountered any bugs. Highly recommend and fantastic job devs I will be donating!!

yes...that the blur clock...it's blur therefore removed and replaced with good old android clock. now it's been suggested further up this page i believe that it might work if you could find a deodexed version to place in system.

Do you really mean 0, or do you mean 000-000-0000 ? The all zeroes number is likely a political campaign or other bother.

Why is 4G and WIFI showing up at the same time. I thought data 4g/3g would turn off when wifi is on (at least that's the way it has been with other roms)
