Still have market v3.3.12, unable to update to Play! Anyone else?

I have been rooted for a long time now and finally decided to give a custom ROM a shot. Started with an axiom ics ROM which I thoroughly enjoyed except for all the data and keyboard issues. After a ton of flashing and a few fastboots I decided to try something else. I made the right decision coming to eclipse. By far one of the most stable roms I've had on any phone.

I have already downloaded a few themes. Can't seem to put the phone down. Definitely made the right choice with this ROM.

Any suggestions on themes without a $#!+ ton of ugly gradients? I'm thinking about getting into theming myself just because of the gaudy colors and gradients.

I'm running the TitaniumX theme. So far its great. One of the main reasons I went with this theme was because it didn't have any of the loud colors or crazy themed widgets like the others. Just a nice classic look. I hope you can get into building themes to give us who don't like gaudy some better options.

I did have this problem, and the way I ended up fixing it was clearing all data and System and re-flashing the ROM (I came across this fix accidently as I tried out a few ICS Roms, then my NANDROID failed w/ MD5 Mismatch, so I was forced to start over). I had tried the "clear market data" and then "go through play music and click the market link" before. (I have no idea what causes the problem)

I agree whole heartedly. This is an amazing community, its friendly and informative. It's a bummer to see the occasional rude comment or unappreciative remark, especially in regards to somebodies hard work.
