pleasehelp im just downloaded this rom and im stuck at the android man.... i touch him and all i get is (please wait)... its just stuck here
plus i not getting a signal
Flashed it, wiped now im stuck in welcome to droid, when i click the droid its just stuck at please wait bla bla, what should i do???
OK guys...I had this same issue, and about freaked out...try this:
Turn phone on, when you see the Android guy DO NOT TOUCH
Then, starting with the top left corner of the screen, touch each corner of the screen clockwise (top left, then top right, then bottom right, then bottom left)
At this point you should get a FC for setup...then you should get a box asking if you're sure you want to exit setup- YES- then you should get to the screen that tells you which parts of setup you completed (except none will be checked) click OK.
Then you should be at the homescreens...hopefully your signal should appear (assuming you were on the most current system version) ...
I hope that helps please report back so we know you are OK

That said I'd like to know the EXACT process you guys are doing to flash this ROM. IE are you using Bootstrap or Safe Strap. If safe strap do you have safe mode enabled so it is flashing to the 2nd partition. What ROM was on the device before you flashed it.
The more detail the better as this is not making any sense. Many folks have flashed this without issue as I have since starting to test it last week. And I have yet to have an issue, and even 2 buddies I had testing it over the wkend who are TOTALLY clueless on this stuff unles I hold there hand had no problem. So there has got to be somethign that is casuing this problem for only a small amount of ppl.

Actually, my apps in the market actually show up and update, and that doesn't happen on the stock Rom.
Great job

The only issue I am having is connecting to wifi, I have to turn off/on my router every time I get home. But once I do that it stays connected until I get home the next day. May be an issue on my end though.
I LOVE the look of this ROM. I was waiting for the right ROM to start coding my theme to and I think I found it.

Sounds like an issue with the router possibly...when my old router started dying I had to turn it on/off in order to connect/reconnect...

Yep no issues with wifi here. Even doing several tasker actions that depend on wifi and flip back and forth between 4g and wifi with no probs. This rom has the fastest transition between 4g and wifi that I've seen. May just be .173 but I like it regardless.

I'd say you have a dieing router or it needs a firmware update. So far no issues using Wifi on my end as others commented as well and I've had mine hooked to 3 different routers in the past 4 days without issue. 2 secured ( home & office ) and then starbuck in the am.

Sounds like your router is going bad.. Recommend a Linksys E3200 or WRT610N and flash DD-WRT on it and you will have one rockin router....
My flashing addiction does not end with phones...

In case you weren't aware-for some (including myself) this method did not work. Which is why we come upon people who are stuck and requesting help.
Please, if you see someone assisting others through something like this, be respectful, rather than joining in simply to add your own sarcasm to the mix. We are here to hep one another, constructively, and kindly. Thanks!
**EDIT** I have contacted Nitro regarding this issue some are having, and requesting that he mention it in the OP
