HP is launching a new 14" laptop that will feature Android as its OS. Dubbed the SlateBook, the computer will start at $399, and feature 64GB of storage, 2GB of RAM, a Tegra 4 processor, and a 1080P display. HP is also adding some software tweaks under the covers that will allow for Android apps to fill up the 14" screen, as well as support for certain apps that aren't yet supported by ChromeOS, such as Skype.
