With the failsafe it said it just couldn't load boot211.img
are you trying to run option 1 of the utility.... or the option to flash only the .211 ? ..... because option 1 does not use the boot211.img
at this point...you need to run option 1 to fully restore to stock .211

assuming i get it powered.
what do I do???
if you happen to be able to get charged , either be powering off and plugging in, or being able to use one of the workarounds in the thread linked to earlier... you will need to run the utility option 1 ..... you may need to re-download the utility (the one you have may be corrupt) and also update you drivers (if you have not already done so)

Dumb question but with this utility, option 1, does it wipe the system and reinstall .211 or does it wipe the system and internal storage memory?
Not a dumb question at all.... what it does is completely restores your phone to stock .211 .... wipes and replaces everything except the sdcard(s) .... internal and external sdcard can be wiped manually if you choose to ..)

When i try to use the Utility 1.82 to install SS 2.11 i get a message " 'adb' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file" I have ss2.0 right now. I am trying to install JB update and keep root.
If anyone can help me out, it would be great.
Thanks in advance
If you are trying to install the JB update... you don't need to worry about as 2.11.... run option 1 of the utility to fast boot back to stock.... the adb error can be due to not unzipping the utility to your desktop.. need to update drivers....
Or trying to run the .bat file from outside the utility folder
