For some reason, it doesn't give me that option. It does for the root utility, but not for the driver.

My mistake.... I forgot it does not give you that option.... its late, my brain is fried lol..... just install

Just going to reply quick to see if this helps before I get some rest,
Try downloading winrar (google it), and then extracting the folder to C:\ (that would be your local disk). Uninstall the old Drivers, from windows control panel, add/remove programs or for windows 7 (Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features).. reboot, then, go to your local disk C:\DroidRazrUtility, and try installing the drivers again and see if that helps.. If it does, reboot again and continue..

Thanks, that seemed to work to install the drivers. When I then connected the phone in fastboot mode, Windows installed another driver (CDMA Spyder S). Anyway, I connected via USB (with USB debugging checked) in MTP mode, and selected no. 2 from the menu. I tried this three times, and the message I get is

"adb" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

That message scrolls numerous times. Same message when I select options 3 and 4.

It's late, so I'm hittin the bricks. If you have any suggestions tomorrow or later, I would very much appreciate it. Thanks again for your time and help.

Did you move the .bat file from out of the folder? That error means that the .bat file can't "see" the adb file(s)

No, I tried to run it from the extract folder, which is on my desktop.

Are you using winzip or winrar to extract?..... try extracting the zip again... it should overwrite the current extracted folder then (restart) and run the .bat file again

Morning.. Ok, Open the .zip file with "winrar" you will see a folder DroidRazrUtility Drag and Drop the whole folder, Over wright files on desktop again... make sure the whole DroidRazrUtility folder is there.

Morning.. Ok, Open the .zip file with "winrar" you will see a folder DroidRazrUtility Drag and Drop the whole folder, if you still want to keep putting it on your desktop then, you may have to say yes to over wright all, however I recommend putting it on your Local C Drive. "C:\DroidRazrUtility" especially with how many times you have moved files to your desktop..

Try opening up the folder that contains the utility... verify that the adb file(s) are there.... if you got a "bad" download or your antivirus may not like the adb files... its rare but I have seen it...
