Like I said it wont accept adb commands.I can see the phone id when I switch to camera mode. but not in media mode it will not list. . it has to be in the phone somewhere that has a file that can be deleted to retrust computers or you won't even get the pop ups.In media mode.  I did get the pop up in ptp or camera mode I tapped trust ths computer but it will not accept adb cmd in this mode.

I don't know if this should be put elsewhere, and it probably doesn't even matter because I'm sure all our warranties are gone by now with the Droid RAZR HD, but motorola can tell remotely if you are rooted and unlocked. I just got through talking to support about batteries and they asked if I had modified my software. They knew. I don't know if its the Motocare, but she asked my IMEI and when I gave it she said my warranty was void and you're not supposed to mess with your software unless it's a DE phone and yada yada. I asked how she knew and she said we have a tool for that. So just know that big droid eye is watching you...

A little help please. I always study it out and figure out my problem but have to ask a question before I waste any more time.

I did as directed by the OP. Did the following... Rsd to stock 4.4.2, motopocalypse unlock bootloader, towel root and supersu update, flashify to the correct twrp for xt907. Could not get any rom to flash yet, tried a few. I just need something that works, debloated, wireless thether, etc. Anything but stock. What is out there that will work on my stock rooted unlocked twrp vzw xt907?  THANK YOU for any help here. Would love a version of cm11 that works. The nightly on their site doesnt work.

Now that jerks my chain. VZW told me that the razr maxx hd was no longer available.  I think there is going to be a vzw store tech with a funny walk in his future.

That's too bad. Maybe it's what's available in the area. I'm in Nashville, and they supposedly have plenty of them. I originally got my HD as a replacement for my old RAZR MAXX, because they were out of RAZR MAXXs (the charging port had worn out).

Did you flash a custom recovery? If so, you have to be sure to immediately reboot into recovery otherwise system will over write it with stock on boot.

So if this doesn't work for 183.46.14, does it work for 183.46.10? I just received another update for my RAZR HD MAXX, and I want to get this done before I update. I want to make sure I can keep root because I am sure that Verizon is trying to get rid of root...

As promised, the day has come where new builds have been released for the HD and M that plug the holes for root and unlocking.  I said when that day comes I was no longer going to support this thread and will lock it.  That day is today.  I am leaving this information for those still on build 183.46.10 and need the instructions to root and unlock it.  At this point, any issues you may encounter have been thoroughly discussed in the many pages of this thread.  You should read through it if you encounter issues.  Above all else, DO NOT PM ME about this at all.  As of today, I am not supporting this any longer.  To those still on 183.46.10, good luck and get that thing unlocked asap.  If you've taken 183.46.15 or above, you've come to the WRONG PLACE as this does not apply to you.  Thanks, everyone, for doing your part to get the word out on this while it was available.  I like to think we really put a dent in unlocking the whole community.
