Well this is strange... Now I booted into AP Fastboot from TWRP and now it's telling me "Device is Unlocked, Status code 3". Time to open the champagne bottle?

Why are there two separate branches anyway? They started out with the same version number but then some devices got one version and some got the other. Not 100% sure. I thought that Motopocalypse worked on build 182....but not sure. One suggestion would be to use Sams HouseofMoto with the latest sbf file which is build 183. Technically they are equal, but build 183 is the "real" line.
Has this ever been discussed before?

Confirming that this method WORKS flawlessly, TY very much to all devs associated. (nearly hard-bricked my xt907 w/ safestrap etc, SO stoked right now)
Seeing that Motorola Warning for UNLOCKED Bootloader = Epic.
NOTE: Multi-boot Linux here, found that the motopocalypse .apk worked easier than executing scripts in terminal, thx for that link as well!! [Fedora, Ubuntu, and Mint Debian]

Same issue here. I have been trying to unlock for over a year now and got screwed with an insurance replacement.Running into a little bit of a snag here, trying to apply this method to my wife's xt926.
I followed the instructions in the OP, the rooting process went well, but now I have some issues with the BL unlocking. Ran motopocalypse, but then when I went into AP Fastboot, it's still showing me "Device is locked, status code 0" (Fastboot reason: Boot Failure) message.
My wife took the reguar OTA from VZW a couple of weeks ago with no issues, and her device is on system version 182 (KK 4.4.2).
What am I doing wrong?
I'm on 9.30.1 BUT I never took the OTA and held off; running Android 4.1.2
Showing rooted after tr and Motopacalypse ran successfully.
I am unable to "flash forward" for whatever reason in RSD Lite. OEM Cable, full battery, USB 2.0, multiple computers, directly connected to mobo on desktop. I previously have frozen bloat/system apps and was safe strapped a couple months back either through HOM or Matt's tool. I can't remember I've been through so many ops/attempts.
Yesterday Big Red started the process of trying to Push a different OTA and I've now frozen two updaters.
As Sam previously pointed out , this is probably my last shot if I have one.(Apologies for the vacay msg.) This has been the most frustrating 14 months of trying to get this unlocked and I finally gave up on my own and am reaching out for help.
Any Ideas? Thanks in advance to everyone who works hard to support open source!
