If u remember correctly, it has something to do with backup assistant. Go to verizon online and make sure backup assistant is disabled

Soo... I installed this and the Gapps but when I go to boot the phone and continue after the safestrap menu, it just stays on a black screen... what do I do??

Just flashed the ROM today and I'm having two problems that have hopefully been fixed after this long of a period.

1. Can't get the wifi to connect no matter what. I've tried toggling the wifi on and off, toggling airplane mode on and off, rebooting, wiping cache, etc. Nothing works. How do I correct this? Is there a patch/update?

2. Can't get the camera to work. Is there a workaround/patch/update to correct this as well?

In playing around more with the wifi, I change the wifi region code to United States, backed out of it, go back into it and the setting didn't save. It's back on "Europe" again. This is another in a line of bugs. How does this get corrected now?

I had a camera issue.. I can't remember if the fix permissions, or wiping cache and stuff fixed the camera. I never had wifi issues.
you may consider re-downloading and reflashing making sure to not skip any steps. the rom has been awesome since I did that.

Thanks for the reminder. I just got done doing exactly that, twice over, and I'm still having the same issues with wifi and camera. Even the notifications for new networks doesn't pop up. It's definitely a ROM issue. Just wondering if the developer had done anything to correct these hiccups. Patches? Updates? etc. Seems like it would be an outstanding ROM if it would just work.

Well, here's the strange thing. I just got to work and tried it with the wifi here and it connected to the network just fine. So maybe time for the wireless router at the house to get an upgrade?

Region-Code still can't be be set to "United States", but that doesn't really matter I don't guess as long as it connects to wifi.

Camera still doesn't work either. Errors out saying "Gallery has stopped working" and then closes. Any recommendations on getting the camera to working?

the camera issue is from having blur pictures. create a folder called saved picture, move all pictures to that folder that are in the dcim folder

reboot, the camera will now work.

How long does it take to boot?

This rom is definately not the fastest to boot. It can take up to 2 minutes after using it for a few months. The advantage comes in everywhere else, where the speed is very noticeable.

Yup. Went to Verizon store today. Looked at phones with JB on them. Mine was as fast, and this ROM is "prettier" than native stuff. Keyboard colors make me smile, and wish I could put it on my Galaxy 10.1 tablet. Using One More Clock Widget (looks similar to circle mod), and I definitely don't think I am missing anything in JB....

Same as flashing the ROM. In safe strap choose install and select the gapps.
