Its a theme manager thing. Just apply it anyway.
When i do it comes out way bigger then the screen.

You need to reboot to make everything turn orange. Did you try setting the wallpaper in apex settings to single screen non scrolling? I have the resolution to fit the screen exactly.

Ok that fixed the wall paper, but if you look at the top of this screen shot it's all blue in the status bar and all my toggle button text is blue too. (After reboot)

The text will stay blue, like the toggle indicators (its some smali edits that I don't know how to do to change those). If you have flashed any mods before using the theme, that can cause parts of the theme to not apply, such as battery and clock text. The clock text can easily be changed in ROM control to match.

Thanks you've been a big help, the preview screen you see when you choose the theme the skull is that part of th theme?

It may have taken longer to boot if fresh flash. Turning off boot animation should speed it upIs there any way to make the boot time faster? I noticed it took something like 20 seconds to load up. If I turn off boot animation will that actually make a difference? Or will it just put up that stock 'android' boot screen?

my boot screen wont go away when updated to new ROM. And when it finally worked my google play wouldnt work. What should I do?No wipes. You all set just flash

My device seems much quicker after this update, is it my imagination or is it the update?
It's probably just due to the wipes that were performed when the rom was installed
