just fixed it! didnt work at first had to change setting then actually close and re-open. whew. thanks!

when i installed go sms so that picture messaging would work, the quick reply feature stopped working. I dont really want a pop up, but I like the option of being able to if i want to, ya know?

I hear ya. Use the stock MMS app download Verizon messaging and force stop in settings if your pic messages don't work use the Verizon app

ill try that, thanks for the help and quick responses! As well as the many updates on this awesome rom! I appreciate your work

also, I am still having trouble figuring out a way to have the pattern unlock as well as the slide lockscreen so that I can take advantage of the weather, battery percentage, etc, as well as easy access to the camera while still staying secure. any word on that?

Im a total noob at this, so forgive me if I am just doing something horribly wrong, but....

I got the rom to work, everything is great, except when I try to make a call I only receive sound, none is sent from my phone. The same issue occurs when I try to use google voice or other apps like this.

Is there some setting I have wrong that I need to toggle/etc? I have bluetooth off, and I literally havent changed a thing, Just flashed a minute ago.

Bluetooth is off. The only thing I have toggled to on is location settings. This is different from the Bluetooth bug though, in that I can receive sound... I can hear exactly what theyre saying, everything is fine there. It just looks like my mic for some reason isnt picking up my voice. The weirdest part is that when I try doing a google search with voice, it wont pick up when I talk, but it will if I blow in to the mic.

At this point, it just looks like its hardware failing not software.

Just d/l'd rom and checking it out. Attempted to update Google Now to lastest version and get this error when it is trying to install. "Package File was not signed correctly. Uninstall the previous copy of the app and try again".

Any ideas?

delete the copy of google search in the rom located in system app, reboot and then download from play. or if you want the new inverted google now flash this no wipes

I have a problem with Voice Messages that I receive. Sometimes they play, most of the time they don't. I'm using GOSMS. The SMS message comes in, downloads, and I hit play. It goes black and I see the progress bar moving, but no sound.
My business team communicates quickly this way. Thanks for any help.

Have you rebooted since installing GOSMS. I would try to reboot, wipe dalvik cache and also try to fix permissions. Sometimes it is hit and miss. Also I removed the AOSP messaging and downloaded Verizon messaging. The verizon app is ugly but it works.
