I was wondering if the initial boot should be taking as long as it has for me, roughly 15 minutes now.
It has the boot logo (Blue spiral flame and "Full Throttle" text).

Many thanks for any incite on this

Shouldn't be that long. What did you wipe prior to flashing and also what did you flash before booting?

I have tried to install the ROM however, it fails each time. here is the error:
E: Can’t open /sdcard/downloads/Full_Throttle_Killer_Bean_AOKP_2.zip
(bad)
Installation Aborted
Does anyone have any advice

No something wrong. boot into recovery wipe everything flash ROM and gapps only. Reboot

Check the md5 sum may need to re download

Aokp updating to jb build 5 here some of the new features. Look for a killer bean update tomorrow

I would try flashing without the wipes. Since last update we went to 4.1.2 this major framework system ui and settings changes. Old themes will not work we making new ones

Sliding to the lock on the unlock screen does not unlock the phone. It makes the slider disapear for a few seconds and then comes back

You know I think it has to do with the custom targets because it worked on first reboot but as soon as I added custom targets the lock didn't work.

By the way is there a app similar to cpu sleeper on here cause that app does work for the battery?

I can't help you with the CPU sleeper app I don't use it. As far as lock screen targets I need to jump on aokp site and see what going on maybe build 5 having issues
