Hey when I open the camera app I get a FC and a messages saying Unfortunatley gallery has stopped working. Any clue to what i could do?

Try reflashing ROM and gapps and let me know I can open mine from lock screen and the camera button. Did you come from a blur ROM? If so blur pictures and aosp pictures are in a different folder

Yea I came from DroidHD. And I have re flashed both. When I open the app i get the fc and when i retry i get a complete black screen. Also gallery doesnt work either

Anyone else have problems with YouTube? Mine starts, plays a second or two, then stops as if buffering, then tells me there is a problem with the video. Video works on tablet and PC...

OK take all the pictures you have and make a folder called saved pictures put them in there. Reboot your camera will work blur pictures and aosp don't play nice in same dcim folder

actually didn't work but what I did that I saw somewhere else was renamed dcim folder and now it works

I was wondering if the initial boot should be taking as long as it has for me, roughly 15 minutes now.
It has the boot logo (Blue spiral flame and "Full Throttle" text).
