Sounds like a dirty flash bud. Go back into SS and do the following in this order:
Wipe Data
Wipe Cache
Format /system
Wipe Dalek (you like how I changed it ;))
Install the ROM
Install GApps
Reboot

Unless you are flashing over the same ROM with an update, you will need to scrub your Razr first. And obviously have a backup just in case all else fails. We were all having similar problems a few weeks back, but ever since Google released the actual Moto coding for the masses, getting data or bootloops/locking up, etc have all been things of the past. Hope that helps, let us know if you still encounter problems.

Thanks for the response Doc! Rickw just helped me out. We basically did what you outlined. My phone is up and with signal. Thanks Rick! My mistake was I didn't do the wipes.

Another useless post. I refuse to be drawn into a flame war. It's too childish a game for me to be involved with.
Now for the useful stuff...

Forgive me if I'm overlooking something but when I plug into a USB and choose to turn on USB storage it just boots me back into the ROM. Refuses to allow opening my SD, only motocast comes up

I've seen this listed as a bug in some of the threads for the other cm10 roms

using it now..its pretty cool. doesn't make your screen switching laggy at all.

okay maybe a little bit laggy...but not noticeable unless you're OCD

Killing me with these built in wipes bro. Just booted up wondering what's going on when I realize that I needed to flash gapps again, since they all got deleted on my dirty flash.

And if you're OCD, you probably shouldn't be on an AOKP rom with the screen rotate thing.

I still haven't figured out how to keep mobile data on when the screen goes off (for if I'm listening to Pandora or Grooveshark). But I also have another question.

Does anyone know of a softkeys mod that is working with this ROM? I tried flashing a mod to add softkeys, and my phone wouldn't boot, so I had to wipe, restore, and do a bunch of crazy stuff. Is there a working mod for softkeys?

Running CyanCoreV1.1. Very smooth and snappy so far. No major issues to report. One minor bug, on reboot screen resizes once but does so quickly. No biggie. Will let this settle in and see how it goes. Nice work!

no worries. just an unnecessary post that helped no one.

I'm having almost zero issues with everything I've been trying so far. I must be one of the lucky ones. YouTube is working fine, Pandora radio keeps playing when screen is off using both wifi and 3G (no 4G in my immediate area). So far all my apps are playing nice no FCs at all. This is definitely my DD from now on (CyanCore V1.1). Fluid and fast. Not to say I won't be flashing your other ROMS but so far this is the best I've used. I will be playing with the kexec versions as well as the others but at this moment I can't imagine things working any better other than finding fixes for the minor common bugs.

I'm having a problem getting Google Maps to install. The Play store will crash when I try to install it. Its version 3.8.17 of the app store and I'm running CyanCore v1.1.

Otherwise this is a great ROM! Thanks to Team Speed Core! Very snappy and no bugs other than the one above.

Delete it from system/app, then have Google play install

Only problem I'm having is qr readers don't work. Seems to be a jb or cm10 issue not sure though.

CyanCoreV1.1 is working great for me. It's so fast and smooth! Many thanks to the author(s)! I have a few things to mention that aren't working so well:
  • Orbot (Tor app) can't make a transparent proxy.
  • Barcode scanning apps seem to freeze as soon as I try to scan something. I've tried Google Goggles, ShopSavvy and Barcode Scanner(ZXing). They all exhibit the same behavior.
  • Sometimes when downloading apps from Google Play, the download seems to pause around 93-97% and then it takes quite a while to finish. It doesn't happen all the time and generally only on larger apps that are around 11-12MB. I'm not sure if this is just a temporal Verizon issue though.
Other than that it is awesome! I really hope the bugs can get worked out. I'm using this as my DD for now.

Just confirming that I am having the issue Barcode scanning. This seems like it could be a JB issue. I was on another rom (AOKP) and it happened as well.
