I think there might be something in the build that's acting funny. Teamspeedcore is working hard to figure it out. They said they will have another test ROM out shortly to see if it fixes the issue. The issue, for me anyway, is that it kept the CPU pegged at 1200 pretty much 100% of the time. I went back to the former version for now but I'm sure they will figure it out!

its affected aokp and cm10. I'm running aokp and had the old version on my SD card already. Maybe someone or teamspeedcore can post a link to the older build

I'm running the CM10 stock v1.2. Hotplug x, sio, and cpu sleeper on boot through ROM Toolbox (without battery saver) seems to be an amazing combination of smoothness and battery life. After (admittedly light use so far) 8 hours I'm still showing 93% battery. Not sure if that is accurate, but I will continue to monitor over the next week. This ROM is fantastic, and WAY smoother than the Scalpel AOKP 1.3 ROM. Also, no issues overheating at this time or with charging (via wall). Way to go, guys!

Once you are able to fix the camera flash, stock MMS app, and bluetooth, that'll be the icing on the cake!

oddly none of the govenors i've tried kept the CPU that high, if i let the phone sit for a few seconds it levels at 300.. but i will say i noticed a huge difference in temperature on the phone, as in its getting way hotter than it ever has

Just want to report that I am actually starting to see the AndroidOS level off a bit on BATT usage, the OS is starting to learn more and more about my own usage. I am roughly around 20-30%, still not great, but better. I am getting about 18 hours out of a full charge again, not great, but better than what I was getting on a number of other Rom's. I am running JellyCore v1.2, I will give you guys all my tweaks and hopefully this will help a number of you:

I setup the Battery Script mention in the OP. Got the error after setting it, restarted JelllyCore, and it's been holding on every reboot since. No errors or anything after the 1st one
CPUSleeper is turned on and applied at Boot
I use an app called BatteryCalibration 100%, I use this after every flash, even an update
All BusyBox Binaries are updated and I update again after the past few updates from the App Dev. Use the "Smart Install" function unless you are a pro ;)

ROM Tool Box Lite Settings
CPU Control - Govenor is set at hotplugx and apply on boot is checked

Kernel Tweaks - Sysctl Conf - Using ROM Tool Box's default settings, apply on boot. Advanced - I/O Scheduler is set for sio and apply on boot

Memory Manager - I am using the "Ultimate" preset. This is where we will all vary, next tab in "Task Manager." I have actually gone through and killed a number at boot. Some stuff doens't need to be running for a "just in case instance" I control my device and I will determine what MY needs are. I know some App Devs/Companies are just doing what think is best, but then why did I root my device? Go in there and just kill/prevent some stuff from booting and running in your upper memory. Remember, this is America and it's your device. You can even lower the oom value, giving those apps a lower priority.

SD Boost - Turn this up. Controls your read/write speed. This is actually pretty important because if your device has more memory to actually read/write data it can get done fast, not hang and use less battery. Mine is set to 2048kb & apply on boot

Oviously back up your device before making these kind of Root changes. Please ask me if you have any questions, here to help

First off this is one of the best, most stable jb ROMs I've used. I'm running jelly core and I was wondering if there is a way to fully incorporate the emoji function in the whole ROM?

1st off, Team SpeedCore, Love the roms. With that said im running cyancore1.2, and Im not sure if its a known isssue or not but I cant get the LED (the one used for camera flash) to work at all. It doesnt work with the camera as a flash (which I have read is buggy) but it also doesnt work with other apps, the main one being flashlight apps such as TelsaLED, I use my phone as a flashlight a lot, and i wondered if the LED not working is affecting everyone or just me? Ive tried wiping everything, re-installed the ROM, and no luck.

The LED does not work with my camera, as I have gotten used to with custom ROMS. However, it DOES work with Brightest Flashlight Free on Cyancore 1.2. (At least, for me.)

Okay guys...I have been quiet, but for good reason. On the weekends I am pretty much super busy with kids all day, so I get on here and work on the roms during the week...With that said, right now I am working on building a completely new kernel from source. ICS source for now until I can find a compatible JB source kernel. I am unsure whether this will work with the non-kexec builds. Anyways, this kernel should make it so not only are all the i/os and governors customizable, but performance and battery should be the best it has ever been WITHOUT initial config. I want to have all of these roms running at their best from first boot if possible.

I didn't forget you guys! ALSO, I have to re-upload all the DualCore themes, gapps and final rom because they were hosted on crackflasher too. I miss crackflasher, but xlightwaverx was getting overwhelmed by the extreme amounts of data that were being trafficed on his server. Moving everything to mediafire for now, at least this way I can see how many times our roms have been downloaded!

Thanks for all the nice comments, and your continued support for one another while I am not able to.
