Download FoxFi....better than stock and it's free

Thanks doc , tried it . Says I have to be on ICS or lower. It failed when I tried it.

I did find the built in one . It was under more under the "wireless and networks". It failed the first time but I did a reboot and it was good as money.

Clear cache and fix permissions in safestrap

I installed it over 1.1....

Ended up starting over, data wipe, cache, dalvik and formatted system. Well see what happens..

I'm about to give jelly core 1.2 a spin. It is aokp right? I'm sure it's been answered and I'm flashing it anyway.

Hey there! Running Cyancore 1.2 and so far I'm in love with it! easy install and quick boot (I came off scalpel 1.0). Everything is very fast and works awesome. No problems so far. The only "issue" was as soon as it booted up it got superheated to around 105F and drained the battery to 60%. It cooled down and I'm recharging so hopefully it was one time thing. Gonna see how battery and performance hold up today and tomorrow before I run any of the scripts. Awesome work! Thanks for an awesome ROM!

Download busybox and install the binaries. This should actually be a normal practice after flashing any ROM ;)

Charge to 100% while powered off. Go into safestrap and wipe battery stats under advanced. Reboot. I personally also use BatteryCalibration 100% most of the time. I just had to do a stats wipe though with all the crackflashing I do

Tsc....I am loading the battery saver script. Will report on my results. I have this pretty tweaked so Performance isn't a concerned with it pushed to the Max.

Been having this issue myself the phone runs at pegged at 1.2ghz and doesnt seem to move much from there for me. Getting massive battery drain and heat from it. A full wipe and a fresh install doesnt always fix it. Changing governors has little effect as well. Strange behaviour to say the least.

Had this issue on JellyCore 1.2 as well. Ended up downgrading back to 1.1 and all is well again..Weird.

Strange...haven't had this happen at all. I know the boot animation is buggy on boot, I'm gonna try the other new one and see if it still lags...As soon as my phone boots I set governor to hotplugx and set kernel to sio, and then run battery script. I think I know why it's throwing that error for the battery and performance script after run so I will fix that too.

Only thing I can think this would be related to is build.prop tweaks. Perhaps I will make a build without them and see if camera works good, and this phone overheat stops. Then I will know where to start. If I do that would the people who experience the overheat issue please test? I will make a cyan core and jelly core stock without build.prop tweaks, so just use the one you were using when it occurred.
