Can't wait to test this out.. I'm a surgical software analyst/tester, so your ROM definitely jumped out at me. I had to start with yours first! lol
Edit: FoxFi doesn't seem to work at all. Google Now seems very delayed and I haven't been able to get that to work yet.. Otherwise it seems pretty fluid.

any updates as to whether or not 4G is reliable/working?
4g works great for me, from day 1.

Hi,
Does bluetooth work at all, or never?
Thanks!
Bluetooth never works, in fact if you even have it enabled (not necessarily connected to anything) you won't be able to hear or say anything on phone calls. It is like that with all JellyBean ROMs at the moment for us. I believe it has something to do with the Kernel.
For some reason, I have been having a lot of Force Close issues, even with stock apps. I hadn't added any new apps, but upon trying to make a call at the end of the work day today, the stock phone app force closed any time I opened it. It looked like the stock contacts app was what was causing the crash. I tried to restart, but it still happens.
The only way I can make calls at the moment is if I launch the phone app in a way that bypasses the contacts, for example hitting the phone button when I have a text message up from someone in Handcent. I'm either going to revert back to stock .211 ICS or going to test out another JB ROM. Although I miss the Bluetooth (used it all the time) I was willing to sacrifice that for the Google Now app and the ability to check out some JellyBean stuff. Not being able to use my phone directly is a dealbreaker though..

Camera doesn't work at all. Locks up, freezes. A couple of times it recovered but a couple of others had to do a hard reboot. I used several camera apps to test it. I tried another ROM...Scalpel that claims to have a working camera, but it doesn't work for me.

I don't know if you still want to try using Scalpel CM10 v1.0, but did you try wiping cache/dalvik and fix permissions? I'm assuming you did that plus wiping /system before flashing it originally. This rom has worked perfectly fine for me. Other than the slow boot time, I haven't had any problems out of it obviously aside from the points mentioned in the OP.

Stock .211 + Eclipse 1.5 + Scalpel available at boot makes an extremely versatile test environment.
I immediately installed Hacker Keyboard, but that's just a preference thing.
So far, battery usage is about the same as Eclipse 1.5, and much better than stock. Everything I use works well, except for screenshots and that's manageable. I can flip images for webtop, so that's fine as well.
This is excellent work.
Two thumbs up.
