Update. . . Your rom wasn't the problem with my wifi. It was an issue with my internet. So my only problem was data but sounds like that's getting fixed. Anxiously waiting

It's like that on every JB ROM, /sdcard and /sdcard-ext work fine though

It seems like YouTube videos play for a couple seconds then freeze......but only on the app. Seems to work OK from browser.

Not sure if this is the rom or just my phone, but the gallery app is not seeing any pics on my sd card. Anyone else having this problem?

Not a big deal because I use quick pic, which does see them all, but something I noticed

Check in /system/lib/modules and if you don't see cpu_control.ko, than you have your answer of why you can't run that script. Just extract it from another Rom or get it from XDA. Then run the script, should work just fine.

Edit: use both installers from XDA, sorry you need an additional script to load the module.
