I really want to flash this rom, but I've been on Droid HD for a bit now and it's been treating me so well. I'd feel like I was cheating on it. Flashing resurrection is inevitable, though... it will happen.

Just curious if anyone has been flashing the additional governors to this? If so, does it improve performance? Battery life?

Flashed this rom, and I am loving it except for those couple of bugs mentioned before, which I feel sure will get fixed soon. One thing I noticed, however, when I share a pic from gallery to texting, it doesn't resize, or at least it doesn't ask to auto resize like before. Wonder if that could be some of the problem (probably not... just a noob here.)

Also, does anyone know how to get Facebook pics as contact pics? And all my contact pics were pixelated, but I can go in, edit, select the same pic as before, and it gets clear again? Gallery is weird too, lots of pics there it can't read, and then I was getting double in some folders, mainly on sd card. So, I just downloaded quickpic, it works great.

I did notice now in file explorer that there is a new sd card folder that wasn't there before. Anyone else seeing 3 sd card folders? Before I think I only saw 2.

Thanks again, Hicks. You have done a great job, and like I say, these were mentioned before, just thinking out loud. Obviously something about sd cards, and media in general. I am sure it will get fixed. Later, man.

I flashed the additional governors but I always use the performance governor and overclock to 1350. Great performance but obviously takes away from the battery life a bit. I still get a solid two days out of my Maxx before I have to plug it in though.

Hicks, I've been experiencing a bug where every time I disconnect my phone from my computer after using it as a mass storage, the whole thing freezes as soon as the SD card remounts. Has anyone else gotten this or is it something I'm doing?

My camera only shows a black screen...sometimes I get the gallery has stopped message but usually just a black screen and it just sits there. I wiped everything when I flashed, data cache davlik and format system.

Just for curiosity, why do we need to wipe cache and dalvik? It appears that it does that automatically, when we flash the ROM. Not complaining. Just wondering.

Lol, you got me beat I think.. I was flashing while driving.
Not smart, I know. I can't imagine what the highway patrol officer would say when he walks up to my window and hears me screaming "flash! flash! flash!" and then asks for my license and I tell him, “Hang on, I'm in recovery mode! Let me wipe this delvik real quick!"
