Problem solved with dbarbarian72, after hours of time, It's bad hardware, was bought from Ebay, told member to use buyer protection, but said he fixes phones for money..

Nothing more we can do.

if he/she was upfront, it just would have saved me, other staff, and other members time, because I would have looked for the hardware issue errors.. It's ok, as everyone knows this isn't the first time I spent time on something like this and that was the outcome, and would have been able to help someone who really needed it so they were not out to dry on an everyday phone.. Oh well...

I know I have helped put soooo many, with smiles on peoples faces enjoying this hobby while helping others.. and that is Priceless..

Hi I've recently been trying to flash my Droid Razr Maxx and I have followed all the steps above, but keep getting an error in RSD lite

"Failed flashing process. Failed flashing process. Unknown fastboot command. (oem); phone connected"

Any ideas?

yeah now my phone won't boot at all before it would lock at boot but i could get around it then after using this program it was freezing at first time use then it won't even get past the droid logo
