Also if you are still getting status 7 boot into Recovery and wipe data then try running the utility again.

To boot into Recovery: From power off state hold both volumes and power. When bootloader comes up vol down to highlight recovery and volume up to select. When the dead android appears hit both volume buttons to bring up menu.

I did the factory reset through the Bootloader again.

i tried what you said and now it is in a bootloop

its not rlly a boot loop. It acts like its starting up and shows the Dual Core but right when its supposed to go to the next loading sign it just goes black. It doesn't restart after that. I have to hold the power button and vol buttons to shut it down (can't see when it shuts down without being connected to computer), Then I start it back up and same thing.

PLEASE help!!

Try to use the 1.7. Hopefully wiping data in recovery cleared your status 7 problem

He said he used RSD to 6.12.181, so then 1.7 should get him on Stock ICS

If he is still Status 7 after 1.7 utility to ics, I can find status 7 instructions, I wrote them down somewheres..

Hope he or she comes in quick, because if runs out of battery, will need the factory cable or adapter to apply power to the device.

Make sure what he is flashing with includes the webtop image. Straight fxz'ing should work as long as it has not been altered. Some people take webtop image out of their utilities since it took so long to flash an ICS was the last update for webtop. Usually that black screen after is the result of not flashing webtop. You will still have haptic feedback but a black screen.

Well we will be here to help when he gets it. You guys do an awesome job at helping. Unfortunately its trial and error sometimes and the battery can't take too much of that. Thank you all for taking the time to help. I'm not sure my insight is the best lol.
