Yeah, I'm running Slim on the N7, it's my favorite aftermarket ROM, by far. There's a link to some themes for Clean ROM in the second or third post of the thread on XDA.

Cool, I'll check it out. Last night I hit 5+ hours screen time and still had 30% battery left.

I'm seeing a lot of upset Verizon Viper users, It seems that because The Verizon version of the M8 is still on 4.4.2 (instead of 4.3.3 like most versions) it is causing the newest version of Viper to take around 30 minutes to boot each time you power down your phone.

Yeah, I'm seeing that too.  IMO, the Viper team burned a lot of bridges when they started requiring people to register an email to apply tweaks.  I'm also not a greatest fan of their general attitude in the ROM threads.  I mean, they do good work, but I had to move on to something else.

I abandoned Viper ROMs a long time ago. Yes, the developers are top notch, yes the ROMs were very smooth and stable but I was becoming overwhelmed with all the tweeks and features. I just need something simple that is smooth and stable. So far the two ROMs I like are the CleanROM for my M8 and SlimKat for my Kindle. At some point in time I'll give SlimKat a go on my M8.

Glad to see the m8 is alive over here. Picked one up about a month ago and so far I'm very impressed. Just an fyi, if you do the sqlite process to enable power saving mode you can get 7+ hrs sot and 24+ hrs between charges.

Yeah, I had it enabled on my stock ROM and Clean ROM has it buy default. With or without it, this phone still kicks my Maxx's butt in battery life.

I am stuck on BadseedV.2, the older one.. Been months and never an issue. Tried others but some of those roms have way too much going on for me to deal with. I don't understand why people with our device still chose to run CM11?? I feel apps and options are very limited w/cm. Badseed goes above and beyound, besides, I can't luve w/out my HTC T.V. app. I tried cm11 and was no different then on my RaZr. Kinda boring to me!!

HTC one m8 vzw
hit ThAnKs if I was helpful!!!

The H/K mod is updated for Verizon's latest 4.4.3 update.
