K.C.Cole didn't say that at all. ROM Control is just the name for the additional settings menus in AOKP. CM has it under Settings -> System. Both have loads of features, but 99% of those features are common to each one

meant the look and features part not rom control..sorry worded it wrong

Oh, my bad. Shouldn't have jumped on that so hard. It's just relevant to the same question as it was asked on Obsidian's thread here. I had just finished replying to it on that thread and popped over here to see the same question and what's more or less the other half of what should have been the answer in that thread.

There needs to be a Reese's Peanut Butter cup mix here where the chocolate from that thread can taste great with the peanut butter on this thread and give people the full information they ask for :)

Anyone have a reboot with connecting phone to computer and enabling usb?

Happened to me once the other day, but hasn't happened since then. Figured it was just a random reboot.

I know Hash moved his ROM location back to Rombot, but is there change log somewhere? I have been noticing a bunch of updates, but I can't seem to find out what the changes are.

Updated to latest and market broke. Had to reflash gapps. All is good now.didn't notice any other major differences from 10/2 build.

This is a great Rom!

anyone noticing that you cant connect via usb to pc on the 10-5 aokp stock build. I'm getting system force closes :(

I just did, maybe try re-flashing. If that doesn't work, then wipe data, cache, dalvik, and format system. Hopefully it starts working.

Pandora seems not to be working well on 10/5 version. Good number fc close. Maybe related Bluetooth. Try without after fc and still get issues. Hope this helps.

Edit: reverted back to 10/2. Still getting fc. Ran Adblock program. Pandora stated working again. Going to try with 10/5.

Edit2: applied adblock 10/5. Worked fine. Maybe an issue with ad popping up at open. Hope this helps.

installed last night just wanted to thank you guys for your work this is probably gonna be my daily driver using the 10-5 standard works good for my phone. only problem i'm having is when i hit about phone settings crashes. and ocassionally camera 360 crashes to stock camera doesn't work for me yet

10/8 out. Having some issues myself. Play store fc. Beautiful widgets disappears after reboot. Switching back to 10/5.

I had issues updating from 10-2 to 10-5 after wiping cach/davic. fc's and unable to use play store or system settings etc, full wiped and applied 10-8 today and everything has been working great, just gonna stick here until a real significant update comes and full wipe again, already such a great rom, loving it.

Did same. Fixed issues, but restoring everything took a bit. :) even with titanium backup.
