Nothing special. It is just normal use. I add nothing to my rom.

Anything special you did to have amazing battery life on both non soft versions my percentages on battery seems to drop 10% every hour

Realistically, nobody has had this ROM loaded long enough to tell. Have you tried cpu sleeper or using the built in CPU throttle?

I did a data wipe/factory reset but next time I will be sure to back up my nova launcher first so I dont have to place everything again where and how I had it. ROM is awesome by the way!

He didn't say battery. Believe he was referring to data drops.

Just installed the non-soft version yesterday. Very well done. Only issue I'm having is I can't update YouTube. No big deal, the installed version still works.

Has anyone else noticed that Google Now sometimes seems to be very slow in responding to key presses? Sometimes it even freezes my phone up and I have to wait until my phone states Google Now isn't responding and whether or not I wish to wait or end the process.

Am I the only one here with a problem installing this ROM and the Artic HD version as well? I did a data wipe, cache wip, and Davlik wipe, install the ROM in Safestrap 2.11, and at the boot screen (droid eye) it immediately reboots and keeps doing so. The same happens with the Arctic version as well. Im installing this over the .215 leak.

I uninstalled YouTube and the Authenticator with but when I try to install through the store I get that the phone isn't compatible with that app.

Did you reboot first before you tried to reinstall it? Using TB, I unistalled both system apps, rebooted, and then reinstalled youtube from the Play Store with no issues.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of Google Now. I replaced it with the stock google search and am much happier.

Did you also format /system before you tried to flash it? I had 0 issues during install, just follow the instructions in the OP. It could also be a bad download.

Yes, reformatted /system. Plus both the Arctic and Droid HD ROM did the same thing, so I doubt its a bad download.

That's strange! Not sure what to tell you as I'm also running Droid HD 1.1 HK over the 215 kernel. Hope you figure it out, great rom!

Thanks, I didn't reboot before trying to reinstall. That worked.

Just installed the update for the non-soft version last night and wow! This rom is tight! Fast, fluid and it just looks great! Major props to kebob & mattlgroff for an amazing job on this one. There are a lot of options out as far as roms go but this one just nails it! Keep up the great work guys!
