Just flashed it
Very snappy. Have an issue though. My gmail and google maps wont update
It says not signed properly
... any thoughts and input and jowbto fix this is greatly appreciated.

this work for me- make sure you do a backup first
try going to manage app ...located gmail, map , street view , and clear data and cache- go to system /app and delete it from there. or rename to. ___.bak instead of .Apk. - reboot to ss and wipe cache and dalvik - reboot the phone ..go to market and download the newer version

GPS lock is super super super sloooowww. Any known fix avaliable??

I use it a lot and waiting 5+ minutes for is to lock on is a major pain lol

Maybe wipe and reflash? My GPS locks on within a few seconds. I use the Speedview app daily and it works great for me.

Is there a way to quiet that boot song...it just BOOMS through my speaker in a very quiet office....people start giving you looks....otherwise...holy crap is this ROM fast.

try putting your phone on vibrate or turn down your ring notification.. OR if you don't care for the boot music you could delete the droid.ogg file in the system/ media

GPS is a hit or miss for me. Some days it locks on quickly and accurately and some days, it's off. Not sue if it helps but after each update (not just on this ROM but even on stock software), I do a data wipe.

You can disable it with root explorer its the ogg file on /system/media/

Best quadrant scores I've gotten on any rom. Got a 3225 after flashing, this is with all of my apps reinstalled.

Rather than deleting the .ogg just rename it.bak in case you want to restore it later

Oh..while I'm here..I have a question for the DEV.?

I have searched the forum for the answer..without success..but admitting I don't have alot of time to dedicate here..but..here is my question(s)

1) is there a way to wake up the device by just pressing a soft key..avoiding using the On/Off button..to save ware and tare on the button..I came from the X's and the X2's and I love that wake up feature..by pressing any four of the hard key's much more convenient than trying to press the power button..or can this be done, are the soft key's disable and cannot be modified because the OS is asleep.?

2) Would / Could you consider, flip-flopping the internal storage and SD storage, as an optional ROM..like another ROM I have ran on all my DX's and DX2's..or does the theory seem logical to you..I enjoyed having bunch's of internal, (aka) storage space..32GB would be nice with my MAXX's..just a suggestion thow..

I adore this Arctic HD ROM..It's very fast and smooth..I prefer the soft keys down below, verses the on-screen version..THANKS for offering both ROM's..I love ICS and what you have done with it..

Ive change the boot animation all together. And the sound. Check the xda forums and inder moto razr apps and themes..there is the razr M boot animation and sound. Pretty cool

The theme by dubs comes with a blue out Droid m boot animation and sound.... Matt hook us up with the animation and the launcher... Thanks Matt

Just letting ppl know that the option is there. I just extract the bootanimation.zip from it and tried it.. Haven't yet tried the whole theme..for i like how the colors are like right now... I agree with the resolution but Im thankful for it.. giving us the option in color
