Seriously considering installing this. Never installed a rom on the RAZR... been pretty happy with stock. Aside from Google plus, widget, battery percentage, and slight theme, what other sorts of differences are there?

I assume it's probably debloated too and as the OP says, it's tweaked for speed and battery life.

I have noticed that there is a pretty significant delay when you press the weather and clock circles is anybody else having this and know why?

LOL....I'm trying this rom out right meow. Waiting for it to boot up, I noticed the music which is nice but is it possible to change it to whatever we want without slowing it down? Does it need to be a certain format / size?

You should be able to use any song as long as its. Ogg format and you rename it to the same name as the one you are replacing.

I know. I'm so tempted. I did a full backup with Ti and Safestrap and it's on my laptop. I also put the ZIP file onto the SD card but I need to hold myself so I can go to work on time tomorrow.

if you worked 3rd shift like i do you could flash all night long then mess around with your phone till noon....lol

Got a 3072 total Quadrant test, & that's w/a pile of apps; not on a clean system, the best 'full' result ever.

But then circles widget don't work, at least I don't think it will. I've gotten used to the search bar and actually use it a lot now lol.
