I see a lot of users having great battery life with some heavy usage. My battery is only lasting me 8-9 hrs at times. I used the CPU Control options like the ones in the previous posts. Dimmed my backlight even used the CPU sleeper to see if it'll help but still no difference. I've been on this rom .10 for about 5 days now or so. Can anyone give me some advice on extending my battery life? On the previous update my battery lasted 14-16hrs with the same amount of usage if not more.

I rechecked. The latest update of Arctic HD didn't require wiping cache and davlik... But flashing the inverted apps did. I did it but that didn't work... still getting homescreen not loading twice. Not the end of the world but annoying.

I am having a big problem. I downloaded the APK, went to reboot into recovery and now my phone is completely bricked!!! I can't get it to turn back on! Someone help please if possible?

I was at full charge. I finally got it to turn back on by doing just that and rebooting up into the ROM. Now I am nervous about trying to go into SS again...

I wouldn't be nervous... it's pretty darn impossible to brick smart phones unless you format or corrupt the boot partition. Even so, Matt's utility or RSD will restore it anyway.

Can I ask what you are using to overclock... I thought I have been keeping up but did not see anything in the thread or on the ROM which let you overclock.. would be interested....

I am having terrible battery life. Screen using 66% today
...mod use

Tried a few different governors
Google now off
Underclocked to 1.0

Any recs on governor or settings to try?

I like it, installed it last night. Wish it still had the stock motorola gallery thing - 'cause i enjoyed viewing online albums etc...

but, it seems to be much quicker/snappier than stock.

Boot seems to be much quicker as well

Overall 8/10 just because it doesn't have that "wow" factor.
