Hmm, I am wondering if something comes out soon either just an upgrade or ICS if we still have to RSD back to 744... aw well, at the very most its a couple of extra steps. At least we aren't off the OTA path.

Yes if your not on 744 or 748 you will have to rsd back to 744 but as you said no biggie

if you are stock then no effort required. this is a real build from moto and many people have this build at VZW and within Moto who are not tech-nuts. the OTA will be made to allow multiple upgrade paths. that is how it works. this was confirmed by my internal contacts (former work associates). :o

No you do not but if you install it without rooting and using root keeper as of now there is no root method for the leak. This will also take you off the upgrade path however you can always use rsdlite and the fast boot files to get back.

Actually there is a zip that will take you back to 748 from the leak and you don't have to wipe. Much easier. No fast boot or rsd.

Confirmed. (This puts you back on the upgrade path for those who don't understand what this means). File can be found

It does not show the file when I go to update. I downloaded it and it is on the SD card (not in any folder), but when I go into restore and then update, the file is not shown. What am I doing wrong? Stock/non-root. Thanks.

Is the file on your sd or sd-ext card it should be on your sd-ext.

This happened to me as well. Seems like an issue with /data. You need to fastboot to .744, upgrade to .748 and then proceed to do a factory reset.
