The downloading symbol keeps showing its downloading and it says downloading has been suspended. Will it wear my battery down? I want it to stop. Is there anyway or just flash another rom?

I got a Motor Razr. I will.....cut you.

Typically if you let it download, and install, once it fails install it won't try to download again unless you go into settings and check for updates. Try and do that

I was facing the same problem of ota update notification poping up every two hours. I let it download and install and now I don't have root anymore and safestrap is gone. I tried to root with motofail but it doesn't seem to work. So now I am using fast boot files now to restore to stock.

When I put razrx (using safestrap) on my phone again and I get the ota nofication, what should I do?

search on these forums for instructions on going into 'My Account" on VZW's myverizon & disable the notification for Backup Assistant Plus, which is hinted at in the 6250 txt msg you get sm VZW that started this prob for you. …

help! im new with roms. i have eclipse 1.0 installed now. im over it. i want to try new ones but i need to update my system base version to .173... ive tried going to about phone under system settings and then system updates but it just flickers and nothing happens... i would appreciate some help. thnx
