Sorry, was thinking of ss2. I left ss3 because of weird problems. I found 2 more reliable. Can you restore the backup and not just the slot? Did you backup the stock side? I'm just grasping at straws trying to help you.

I have restored backups of the stock side but it isn't necessary because the Exchange will re sync back up but the contacts wont favorite themselves again unless that contact was a facebook friend that was not messed with in the contact list and the exchange account just re attaches the exchange info to that contact, but most of the people that I work with do not have facebook so everytime that the exchange acct gets f'd up, I have to refavorite them in the list and rearrange all of the names. It also takes forever for the emails to repopulate after I start the stock side back.

I also tried to use the OC scripts today but they did not take after a couple restarts, is there something special that needs to happen other than just moving them to the init'd folder? Not that I would use it again before I figure this exchange crap out.

If I am coming from a previous version, do i have to do a wipe data? Or just install version 4.08

Pm the developer with your problem. Even individual phones can react differently. He will be the one to help you.

OP says wipe..Dev. stated that if you don't wipe...don't gripe

Maybe I will just try the new one and see if it fixes it. I didn't figure it was something that was widespread. I'll see if the new version works and let ya know.

I don't know how hard this is to add but please add the ability to turn on/off the flashlight when the screen is off by pressing and holding the lock/power button. I had one ROM that did this and it was my favorite feature that i have never seen again.

Just ran a new benchmark with 1300 OC, Hotplugx, and deadline and it's still running great after update to 4.8!

I have Nova with the pro key on my phone and love it, but have not tried the pro version of Apex. I see a lot of people, in other threads as well, swearing by Apex but I have never seen any explanation provided. For those who have actually used both, why do you prefer one over the other?
